Deacon Joe Cooley teaches, equips, and activates people in freedom and the ways of the Gospel by moving their faith from the head to the heart and home. He is passionate to see people come alive in their identity and gifting as sons and daughters of an amazing Father. To that end, he founded the Boston Campus of the Encounter School of Ministry and serves as its current director. He also founded the nonprofit HOMe Ministries that runs the school and shares Unbound freedom in Christ. Deacon Joe is a member of the founding team of Annunciation Ministries focused on evangelization through marriage. He is married and was ordained to the permanent diaconate for the Archdiocese of Boston in 201
