Dream Day on Cape Cod

Camp  Nan-Ke-Rafe for is a 31 acre campground located witin the Nickerson State park in Brewster. Sick and dying children and their famiies seek refuge from daily hospital and doctors visits and round the clock care to connect with others who understand what they're going through (learn more at www.dreamdayoncapecod.org).
